Control transfer of generator in Rio Grande do Norte was approved

The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) authorized the control transfer of company Brasventos Miassaba 3 Geradora de Energia S/A. The decision came at a board meeting held last Tuesday (05/14). Check below the shareholding of the company before and after the transfer.

The generator was authorized in 2010 to act as independent producer* of power through the establishment and operation of wind farm Miassaba 3, with 50.4 megawatts (MW) of power, in the municipality of Guamaré (RN).
