Six public hearings of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) are open to receive contributions. Among the issues are the amendment procedures of the public meeting of the board of the Agency and the improvement of normative resolutions that establish the requirements for authorization for the exploitation and change of the installed capacity of power plants, wind farms and other alternative energy sources. Three hearings contain the deadline for submission of contributions next week.
The public hearing is a tool to support the decision making process of the Agency for wide consultation with civil society and precedes the dispatch of the administrative acts. Audiences can count on holding of public meetings, for the manifestation on speakerphone, called the live session – onsite, or be made only through the exchange of documents.
