     The period for submission of contributions to the public hearing whose purpose is to discuss the preparation of the normative resolution that addresses the consolidation and review of distribution system access rules will start  next Thursday (06/30).

    Discussion of the matter is necessary due to manifestations of agents, such as electricity producers and free consumers, who claim difficulties imposed by the concessionaires to gain access to power networks.

       Currently, four resolutions by the Agency are related to the subject and the purpose of the hearing is to group the devices in order to facilitate consultation by stakeholders, in addition to advertising and avoiding differences that arise when several rules address the same matter.

       The draft resolution proposed at the hearing was structured in seven chapters: Information contained in the Distribution System Use Agreement (CUSD); ancillary services assistance and local infrastructure of generation plants; standardization and clarification of the definition of private load of generation plants; exceeding the Distribution System Use Amount (MUSD) contracted; and responsibilities in the access of generation plants and invoicing of the capacity reserve.
