Four agents were fined for not complying with the deadline for sending Standard Monthly Balance (BMPs) for verification of financial supervision. The document must be sent monthly to the National Energy Agency (ANEEL), with detailed information on the Company's accounting records, with the balance sheets and income statements in the format established by the regulatory agency. Information is delivered via a computerized system developed by ANEEL. The Board's decision ends the possibility of an appeal at the administrative area. Check below the companies fined. (FA/GL)
