Starting today (07/06) public hearing to receive input to the proposed Trading Rules (RULES) applicable to the New Accounting and Settlement System (New SCL). The new rules aim to make the process clear and transparent the accounting and settlement of the purchase and sale of power within the Energy Trade House (CCEE).

This is the second step to revise the rules, which underwent public hearing in March 2010. Last year, 11 modules were approved, now ten more come into the audience and, later, two more modules will undergo the same process.

The submission of contributions for other modules, themed New SCL, goes until 08/06 by e-mail ap039_2011scl@aneel.gov.br
