The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) decided to transfer the operation license from small hydropower plant (SHP) Santo Antônio de Caiapó RC Administração e Participações S/A to Rialma Companhia Energética IV S/A.
With the decision made last Tuesday (07/19), Rialma can produce energy by exploiting the plant, which has 30 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity located in the municipalities of Ivolândia, Arenópolis and Palestina, in Goiás.
To allow this type of transfer, ANEEL analyzes the documents of the company and testified the technical, legal and fiscal regularity of the interested party(DB/GL)
