The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved at the last board meeting (07/26), the declaration of public land located in the town of Gravatá, in Pernambuco. The area is required for installation of transmission line that will interconnect substations Ribeirão and Gravatá. The transmission line in 43.49 kilometers (km) long.
The general procedures for application for a declaration of public use of land areas necessary for the establishment of facilities for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, for dealers and authorized companies for purposes of expropriation and imposition of easements are set out in ANEEL Resolution No. 279/2007 (DB/GL)
