Public hearing about the Normative Resolution Nº. 279/2007 was open, establishing the general procedures for application for a declaration of public utility for purposes of expropriation and imposition of easements, of land areas necessary for the establishment of facilities for generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, for dealers, permissions and authorizations.
The proposal under discussion changes the 1st paragraph of the resolution, stating that the land declared public utilities are necessary for the installation of a dealer and authorized power.
