The executive board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (08/02) in a public meeting, the rate adjustment of concessionaire Espírito Santo Centrais Elétricas(ESCELSA). The new rates come into force on August 7, 2011, to 1.1 million consumer units distributed in 70 municipalities of Espírito Santo. The average effect to be perceived by captive consumers of ESCELSA is 2.97%.
