The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (08/16), the resuming of Public Hearing No. 039/2010, which aims to improve the standard that deals with the disengagement, initiated by an agent, of goods linked to the services of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.
The proposal for the new rule is to consider how assets linked to those recorded in specific accounts in the Accounting Manual for the Electric Sector (MCSE) for use, in an exclusive and permanent way, in energy services.
The new draft resolution also proposes the need to request prior approval to ANEEL for the departure of these goods, by the initiative of their own sector agents. It also establishes the need of an accounting transfer of the asset in the form of the Accounting Manual, where it is necessary to remove the operation of electricity services.
In 2010, the hearing was open for 59 days and 23 contributions were received. The idea now is to revisit the issue based on the analysis of these suggestions received. Those interested in contributing to the process should send the proposals from this Thursday (08/18) until September 18, 2011, to the e-mail address: ap039_2010@aneel.gov.br , fax number (55 61) 2192-8839 or by mail to the address SGAN 603 – Módulo I – Térreo/Protocolo Geral da ANEEL, CEP 70830-030, Brasília (DF).
