The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) examined appeals of fines against companies. Among the infractions are the failure to meet the implementation schedule sectioning substation and conclusion of agreement without prior approval by ANEEL. The analysis was made during a public meeting of the board last Tuesday (08/16). The decision ends the possibility of appeal at the administrative level.
