The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) cleared the backlog of agents regarding the routing of data on the ownership structure. This information must be forwarded by the concessionaires, permit holders or authorized power.
In a survey for the last quarter of 2010 and the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2011, it was found that 71% of marketing agents, 65% of distribution authorizing bodies, 42% of transmitters, 20% of generation agents and 11% of distribution companies have not provided the information.
Normative Resolution No. 378/2009 establishes the obligation to forward this information and provides for penalties of a fine according to item XII, of Article 4, of Normative Resolution n º 63/2004.
