The National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) has six public hearings open to receive contributions from the agents in the industry and from society.
One of them, AP No.041/2011, which deals with the resolution on the issue of declaration of public utility by ANEEL, will have the deadline ended next Monday (08/29).
AP No. 044/2011, about the rural classification shown in Resolution. 414/2010 will expire on 08/31. The other four hearings have finished their term in September and October. See the table below.
The Public Hearing is a tool to support decision making by ANEEL, in broad consultation with civil society, which precedes the dispatch of administrative acts.
The main goal of public hearings and consultations is to gather elements and information with society for materials under consideration, and give people the opportunity of forwarding their requests, opinions and suggestions regarding the subject matter. (PG/GL)
