The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) has authorized company Usina Geradora Eólica Taíba Ltda. to act as independent power producer through the establishment and operation of wind farm Planalto Taiba. The collegiate decision came at a meeting held last Tuesday (06/09).
The plant, located in São Gonçalo do Amarante, in Ceará (EC), will have 16.8 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity.
The Information Generation Bank (BIG) of ANEEL records, this Thursday (09/08), the existence of 986 independent power producing agents authorized by the Agency.
