The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) decided on Tuesday (09/06) to establish Public Hearing No. 049/2011 to revisit Resolution No. 414/2010, which establishes the General Conditions of Energy Supply (Consumer Rights and Duties). As from September 9 and until October 9, contributions may be sent to the e-mail: ap049_2011@aneel.gov.br. The suggestions can also be forwarded by fax to (55 61) 2192-8839 or through the Agency’s address (SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70830-030), Brasília (DF). On September 28, there will be an onsite session in Brasilia.
