Fines levied on Furnas are maintained

The collegiate board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) denied three appeals filed by Furnas Centrais Elétricas S/A and maintained the fines the Agency's inspection area levied on the company.Altogether the penalties total R$ 11.4 million.See the table below for the deliberations on the three appeals judged at the collegiate board meeting held today (9/13).
