The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved during the last public meeting (09/13), a declaration of public interest in favor of Companhia Energética do Ceara (COELCE). The strips of land have a length of six meters and are necessary for the passage of 69 KV Aquiraz – Coluna II distribution line in a simple circuit which is 25 km long. The area is located in the city of Aquiraz (EC).
In Rio Grande do Sul land areas in the towns of Erval Seco, Taquaruçu do Sul and Frederico Westphalen were declared public utility. The areas will serve to move the SHP Tambaú Frederico Westphalen transmission line, in 69 kV, which will connect SHP Tambaú to the local distribution system.
In Pará, strips of land in favor of Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil S/A(Eletronorte) were declared public utility. The areas are located in a 32-meter wide strip and will be required to implement the Isolation of Utinga – Santa Maria Transmission Line in the Castanhal Substation, simple circuit, 230 kV, with 656.83 m in length.
Also in Pará, areas of land located in a strip of 40m width were declared public utility in favor of Empresa Regional de Transmissão de Energia S.A (ERTE). The land will be needed to implement the severing of 230 KV Vila do Conde – Santa Maria transmission line in Castanham Substation, simple circuit, with 2.13 km, located in São Francisco do Pará (PA).
In Minas Gerais, strips of land in favor of company Unaí Baixo Energética S/Awere declared public utility. The property comprises nearly 1400 hectares and is required for deployment of SHP Unaí Baixo. The area is distributed around the municipalities of Cabeceira Grande andUnaí (MG).
In Mato Grosso, private properties in the municipality of Sapezal were declared public utility, in favor of Parecis Energia S.A. The area is needed for the implementation of SHP Parecis. And for the implementation of SHP Rondon, they were declared public utility for land areas totaling 35.4307 acres of private property in the municipality of Campos Júlio(MT). (PG/GL).
