The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved a public hearing to discuss the Monitoring and Inspection Manual of the Fuel Consumption Bill (CCC). The purpose of the first version of the manual was created by the working group that involved six superintendents of ANEEL.

The hearing, which starts today (09/15), will last for 15 days. According to the board of the Agency, in a meeting last Tuesday (09/13), the manual is the first step in structuring the regular monitoring and supervision of CCC, which is pending resolution of some issues such as interconnection rules of isolated systems, procedures for calculating ICMS which were not recovered, Individual Systems of Electric Power Generation with Intermittent Sources (SIGFI) and Isolated Mini-Systems of Generation and Distribution of Electric Power (MIGDI). For this reason, the manual will be revised to incorporate the solution of the issues that are still being debated today.
