The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency’s (ANEEL) Special Tender Commission (STC) published Relevant Communiqué no. 15, for Auctions no. 02/2011 (A-3) and no. 03/2011 (Reserve), held last August.This communiqué presents the conditions for delivery and filling out the spreadsheet for determining the net equity of winning power companies in these tenders.
