The appeals of the three companies against the fines levied by the technical areas were analyzed by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) board at last Tuesday’s (9/20) public meeting. The board maintained the fine in two cases and reduced the penalty in the third. The infractions committed by the agents are irregularities verified during technical and commercial inspection and noncompliance with the plant installation timetable. The decision puts an end to the possibility of an appeal at the administrative level. Check the table below with details on the infractions. (PG/GL).
