The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) promoted this afternoon (Sept. 28) in Brasília the first session of the public hearing for revisions of Resolution 414/2010. Contributions to this hearing phase can be sent until October 9.
The session was headed by Director Edvaldo Santana and had the participation of agents from the sector, parliamentarians, consumers and employees of the Agency. Seven presentations were made, with contributions to the regulation.
The presentations discussed alterations to the supply interruption deadlines and limits in the number of days for power cutoff notification, better definition of the rules for exceeded demand and implementation of offices in border towns, among other issues.
