The term for contributions to Public Hearing No. 049/2011 ends Sunday (10/09), its purpose is to revisit Resolution No. 414/2010, which establishes the General Conditions of Energy Supply and contains the Rights and Duties of Consumers.
The changes are designed to fit the understanding of the regulation with the removal of doubts, writing material errors and correction of the process of incorporating standards that were in force and have become the object of regulation of the resolution.
An onsite session to discuss the matter was held at the National Energy Agency (ANEEL), in Brasilia, on September 28.
