The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (10/18), the rates of annual rate adjustment of Companhia Estadual de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica(CEEE-D). However, as the company is in default of intra-sector obligations, the readjustment, originally planned to take effect on 10/25, will be effective only after proof of discharge of these obligations.
The average effect to be perceived by consumers is the concessionaire of 7.82%. The CEEE-D serves 1.5 million consumer units in 72 municipalities of Rio Grande do Sul. The decision was made at the public meeting of the board this Tuesday (10/18).
