Fonte: ANEELStarts this Thursday (10/20) the deadline for submission of contributions to Public Hearing No. 065/2011 of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL), aiming to improve the regulation that deals with the transfer of corporate control of concessionaires, licensees of and authorized bodies of electric power services and installation.

The proposal is to simplify the operations of rite for transfer of control of independent producers and compounders of non-water source, through the operations system previously approved (with waiver of the prior process).

Another idea is to improve the definition of corporate control for regulatory purposes, aiming to enable the controller to be identified by ANEEL at any time, based on previously established concept.
With the discussion of the topic, the agency also wants to promote the publication of the procedures to be followed by interested parties and provide analysis criteria and requirements to meet objectives of the obligation.
Contributions may be sent until 11/25 to the e-mail address: ap065_2011@aneel.gov.br. On 11/30, there will be an onsite session at the headquarters of ANEEL, in Brasilia, to discuss the issue. (PG/GL)
