The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) decided, on Tuesday (10/18), to reopen the Public Hearing No. 039/2010 , which aims to improve the standard that deals with the detachment, on the initiative of agents, of assets linked to generation, transmission and distribution of power and provision of unnecessary services.
This second reopening, considered as the third phase of the hearing was necessary because the draft standard presented in the second phase (which occurred from 08/16 to 09/18) did not contain any item previously decided by the board at which the disposal of goods upon donation can only be made after two failed attempts to disposal by a sale.
Thus, the corrected draft will be available for new phase of consultation and contributions from 10/20 to 11/21. The standard will replace Resolution No. 20/1999, and consider as related assets those recorded in specific accounts of the Accounting Manual for the Power Sector (MCSE) intended for use exclusively and permanently in electricity services.
The new draft resolution also proposes the need to request prior approval to ANEEL for the departure of these goods, at the initiative of their own sector agents. It also establishes the need of an accountable transfer of the good in the form of the Accounting Manual, in cases where it is necessary to remove the operation of electricity services.
In 2010, the hearing was open for 59 days and 23 contributions were received. Those interested in contributing to the process should send the proposals as of this Wednesday (10/20) until 11/21 to the e-mail: ap039_2010fase3@aneel.gov.br , fax number (55 61) 2192-8839, or by mail to the address SGAN 603 – Módulo I – Térreo / Protocolo Geral da ANEEL, CEP 70.830-030, Brasília (DF).
