The board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) approved, on Tuesday (10/18), the statements of public utility in lands needed for projects in Bahia, São Paulo, and Maranhão.
The statement in favor of Companhia de Eletricidade do Estado da Bahia (COELBA) comprises areas of land located in a 15-meter-wide strip, necessary for the implementation of the Jacaracanga Transmission Line – CIA II in a simple circuit, at nominal voltage of 69kV. The line will connect the Jacaracanga Substation to the CIA II Substation, located in the municipality of Candeias (BA).
In the state of São Paulo, areas of land located in a 16-meter-wide strip have been declared of public utility for the implementation of the Jandira-Cotia Transmission Lina, in a double circuit, at nominal voltage of 138kV. The line will connect the Jandira Substation to the Cotia Substation.
Also in São Paulo, the areas of land located in a 20-meter-wide strip, necessary for the implementation of the Itapetininga Extension Transmission Line 9, in a double circuit, at nominal voltage of 138kV, were also declared a public utility, in favor of CPFL Sul Paulista. The line will connect the Tietê-Itapetininga Transmission Line 2 to the Itapetininga Substation 9.
In Maranhão,the areas of land located in 15-meter-wide strip, necessary for the implementation of the Santa Inês-Zé Doca Transmission Line were declared of public utility for purposes of easement in favor of Companhia Energética do Maranhão (CEMAR). The line will connect the Santa Inês Substation to the Zé Doca Substation, located in the municipalities of Santa Inês, Pindaré-Mirim, Bom Jardim, Governor Newton Bello, and Zé Doca (MA). (PG/GL).
