The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) authorized last Tuesday (10/25), during a public meeting of the board, the transfer of operating ownership of Central Geradora Termelétrica Rômulo Almeida- Unit I, in Camaçari (BA), which will transfer from company Fafen Energia S/A toPetróleo Brasileiro S/A (Petrobras).
At the same meeting, Petrobras also received authorization from ANEEL to take operating ownership of Central Geradora Termelétrica Juiz de Fora (MG), currently awarded to Usina Elétrica Juiz de Fora S/A.In both cases, Petrobras must enter in up to 30 days the organization chart of the Economic Group of the companies available in a system on the ANEEL website, and update the information pursuant to Article 4 of Normative Resolution No. 378, of November 10, 2009.
It was also authorized the transfer, from company MPX Energia S.A. to company UTE Parnaíba Geração de Energia S.A., of commitments relating to thermal power plants – UTEs Maranhão IV and Maranhão V, both in the Santo Antônio dos Lopes (MA). TPP Parnaíba must also enter, in up to 30 days, the organization chart of the Economic Group of the company in a system available on the ANEELwebsite, and update the information pursuant to Article 4 of Normative Ruling No. 378, of November 10, 2009.
