The low-income consumers with consumption less than or equal to 30 kilowatt/hour (kWh) have until (11/01) to enroll in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) and thus ensure the maintenance of receiving the discounts set out in Social Rates for Electric Energy (TSEE). After registering, consumers should look for their electricity distributor to confirm the registration and continue to be eligible for different rates.
Check out the schedule for completion of benefit to those who do not fit the new criteria or those who fit but are not yet in CadÚnico.

Any low-income consumers that meets or will meet the requirements for eligibility for energy social rate should look for the management of the Bolsa Família program in the City Hall of their city. More information about this process can be obtained at the MDS webpage. After enrolling in CadÚnico, we must look for the distributor to confirm the registration. (GL/PG)
