The National EnergyAgency (ANEEL) examined features of two companies against decisions of the Superintendency of Hydroenergetic Supervision and Studies (SGH).
Among the items contested by the company are the transfer of registration to carry out the Review of Hydroelectric Inventory Studies for inactive status and closure of a case for annulment of registration of feasibility studies or basic design, as provided for in Article 11 of ANEELResolution No. 395/1998.
The analysis was carried out during the public meeting of the board last Tuesday (11/01). The decision ends the possibility of appeal at the administrative level. Check the table below with details on the decision of the Board of ANEEL. (BT/GL).
