The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) promotes on Thursday (11/10) at its auditorium, in Brasília, an onsite session regarding Public Hearing No.061/2011 about Programa Luz para Todos. The hearing aims to discuss grants for the establishment of conditions for universalization of energy distribution, depending on the institution of the program for the period 2011 to 2014, and also to regulate the unrealized connection request service which deals with paragraphs 4 and 5 of article 14 of Resolution No.223/2003.

ANEEL proposes to discuss a resolution draft that enhances guidelines related to the universalization of public power. The draft, which considers the contributions of Public Hearing No115/2010 regulates the service for "high cost" works, subject of paragraphs 4 and 5 of article 14 of Resolution No. 223/2003. It also incorporates the definition of beneficiaries and goals for Programa Luz para Todos, pursuant to Article 1 of Decree No.7.520/2011, and regulates the installation of the extension connection, the internal installation kit and the standard input without the meter.

The onsite session will be held on 11/10, from 2pm to 6pm, in the Auditorium of ANEEL, located at SGAN603, módulo H, in Asa Norte, Brasilia.
