The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) authorized, last Wednesday (11/09), during an extraordinary public meeting of the board, the direct transfer of corporate control of company Tropical Bioenergia S/A, located in Edeia (GO). The election analyzed was that of the transfer of the shares of Maeda Agroindustrial S/A and of LDC-SEV Bioenergia S/A to Platina Bioenergia Ltda.
The Agency has 90 days to perform the transfer. It also determined that the Platina Bioenergia Ltda. has to send to the Superintendency of Economic and Financial Supervision of ANEEL a certified copy of documents supporting the formalization of the operation, within 30 days after the effective date.

ANEEL intends to simplify soon the operations for the rite of transfer of control of independent producers and compounders of non-water source. Those interested can send contributions to Public Hearing No. 065/2011until 11/25. It aims to improve the regulation on the issue. (BT / GL).
