The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) decided at the last special meeting on Wednesday (11/09), to approve submodule 10.2 of Rate Adjustment Procedures (PRORET). The topic deals with the deadlines for each step of the rate adjustments processes and responsibilities of internal and external stakeholders in them.
Here are some of the approved steps of the rate adjustments processes and respective dates.

| Publication in the Official Journal of the Union (DOU), by ANEEL, of the result of the rate adjustment by setting the adjustment index and values of energy rates. | 1 to 7 days before the Annual Rate Adjustment |
