Failures on the quality of services rendered and irregularities discovered during the inspection are among the infractions committed by concessionaires in the country. The companies have received penalties and filed an appeal with the National Energy Agency (ANEEL). The claims were reviewed during the 43th public meeting of the Board held on Wednesday (11/16). The Board's decision ends the possibility of an appeal from the concessionaires at the administrative level. Check the table below with details about the infractions.
