Last Wednesday (11/16), during a public meeting of the board, the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency authorized the transfer of exploration ownership of the CTE Fibra Thermoelectric Plant, located in Americana (SP), which will go from Vicunha Têxtil S.A. to Fibracel Têxtil Ltda.
The ANEEL board also authorized the transfer of Tonon Bioenergia S/A to Tonon Bioeletricidade Ltda., for exploring the Santa Cândida Thermoelectric Plant, in Bocaina (SP).
In both cases, the companies that received authorization for exploration shall insert the Economic Group’s organizational chart in a system available on the ANEEL website in no more than 30 days, and update the information in the terms of art.4 of Normative Resolution no. 378/2009.
