The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) denied, in the public meeting last Tuesday (22/11), the administrative appeal filed by Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil S/A (Eletronorte), due to a fine of 2,9 million imposed on the company by the Superintendency of Electricity Oversight Services (PES).The infraction was a breach of Articles 32 and 33 of Normative Resolution No. 270/2007, regarding shutdowns and failures in energy transmission.
