The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) decided at a public meeting this Tuesday (11/29), to open public hearing to discuss the new limits for power quality indicators (*DEC and FEC**) of consumer units sets of Centrais Elétricas do Pará (Celpa), which will come into force in 2012. The hearing for exchange of documents begins today (12/01) and ends 12/16.
The definition of new indices happens every Rate Revision Process year of the companies and includes the following four years, when the time comes to further revise it. The revision of Celpa should have occurred in August 2011 but, as the methodology of the 3rd Cycle of rate revisions was approved only last November, ANEEL will establish new rates for 2012. The limits for years 2013 to 2015 will follow the schedule to be established during the revision of the ate distribution.
Those interested in contributing to the process of transferring the assets may submit proposals to the e-mail ap069_2011@aneel.gov.br. Contributions can also be sent by fax (55 61) 2192-8839 or to the address of the Agency (SGAN, Quadra 603, Módulo I, Térreo, Protocolo Geral, CEP: 70.830-030), in Brasília (DF). (BT/DB)
