The board of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) has approved the public hearing for obtaining subsides on sub-modules 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6 and 10.5 of the Tariff Regulation Procedures (PRORET). The decision took place in a college meeting held last Tuesday (12/6).
The period for submission of contributions to the hearing, started today (12/8), will last until 2/10/2012. The table below shows the subjects of the sub-modules submitted to public hearing.
