The Special Licensing Committee (CEL) of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) issued a Notice Bulletin No. 9, referring to Auction No. 07/2011 (A-5) to be held on December 20 this year in Sao Paulo.
The statement said the hydroelectric usages of São Manoel, Sinop, Ribeiro Gonçalves and Cachoeira Caldeirão had no previous licenses (LP) issued by the environmental agencies and are therefore disqualified to participate in the contest.Participating in the auction will be the plants that form the Complexo Baixo Paranaíba (Estreito, Cachoeira and Castelhano) and São Roque.
