The Marumbi Consortium eon Lot F of Transmission Auction no.006/2011, held by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) this Friday (12/16), with a bid worth R$ 12,972,000.00. The consortium is comprised of Copel Geração e Transmissão S.A (80%) and Eletrosul Centrais Elétricas S.A (20%).
Lot F is comprised of the Curitiba-Curitiba East transmission line and the Curitiba East substation in Paraná.The undertaking’s objective is to reinforce Curitiba’s power supply to meet growing consumption and as a result of events like the World Cup.Works should take 24 months with the projected creation of 528 direct jobs.
