The hearing for exchange of documents, to receive further contributions to the proposed legislation on the employment of electricity for consumers in the Free Market Environment – ACL started today (12/22).The Agency's proposal is to consolidate the rules that deal with free and special consumers in one document.
The document under hearing brings devices on the contractual relationship, migration to the ACL, return of the consumer unit to the Regulated Contracting Environment – ACR, delinquency in the Energy Commercialization House – CCEE and partial service under regulated conditions.
