The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) has approved a public hearing to obtain contributions to the regulation proposal of Connection Charge of consumer units of subgroup A1* that have connection to the Facilities Contract Distribution (CDD). The hearing also aims to seek adjustments in the Usage Rate of Distribution systems (TUSD) of units in this subgroup.

Open as of last week (12/22), the hearing, for exchange of documents, may receive contributions until February 3 this year. The proposal is based on the Agency's determination of a connection charge to consider the full responsibility of the consumer of subgroup A1 for the cost of facilities for the exclusive use of the consumer unit and the Basic Network. 

The draft resolution and the technical note in the proposal prepared by the technical areas of ANEEL are available for consultation on the Agency website (www.aneel.gov.br), in hearings/consultation/forum.
