The Services Charter to Citizens of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) is available for viewing on the website of the Agency (www.aneel.gov.br). The publication provides information on services available and how to access and run them, along with a brief explanation on the functioning of the institution.
The disclosure of the letter is provided for in Decree No. 6.932/2009. With the publication, ANEEL seeks to disseminate access channels to the Agency in order to stimulate the participation of society and ensure the improvement of their performance.
The Services Charter to Citizens of ANEEL, launched in February 2011, lists the services offered according to the public: citizens, agents and other institutions. In addition, information about the creation of ANEEL, meetings, public hearings and consultations sponsored by the Agency and about the functioning of the Ombudsman agency are available at the end of the publication.
