The Federal Attorney’s Office (AGU) has issued an opinion on the charges for the use of federal highway domain tracks for the infrastructure of electricity networks.
Opinion 17/2011 concludes the full force of Decree 84,398/80 authorizing occupancy without charge by the electricity concessionaires in the domain tracks of highways and lands of public domain for the passage of transmission and electricity distribution lines.
