The National Agencyfor Electrical Energy (ANEEL) approved today (07/02), in a public meeting of the board, the provisional rite to be applied to the Itaí-Paranapanema-Avaré Cooperative for Rural Electricity (Ceripa), located in the state ofSão Paulo. Thus, the company's current rates are extended until February 2013 when it will undergo a definitive Periodic Tariff Review (RTP).
According to the Permission Distribution Contract, the cooperative should go through its First RTP in February this year. But, as the methodology for the First Cycle of the cooperatives’ RTP is still being discussed within the framework of the Public Hearing No. 019/2011, rates have had to be extended, in accordance with Resolution No.471/2011.
The Board also approved the value of the Electrical Energy Services Surveillance Fee (TFSEE), of which the annual value was set at R$ 92,083.88, and the value of the Annual Quota for Fuel Consumption Account (CCC), established at the annual value R$ 1,560,403.22. (PG/BT)
