Generators must report installed capacity and net power of undertakings

Electrical energy generatorsshould become awareof the deadline forthe definitionof installed capacity and net power of undertakingsunder their responsibility, in accordancewith Normative Resolution No. 420 of 30/11/2010.

The standard, in Article 4, establishes the requirement for submission of the technical report with the results of the performance test or of the generation history to the National Agency for Electrical Energy (ANEEL). For grants prior to the resolution, it applies to the greatest period between the next 07/12, when they complete 24 months of publication, and 24 months after the generating plant’s commencement of commercial operation. For grants made ​​after the resolution, the deadline is 24 months after the generating plant’s commencement of operation.

The schedule forthe carrying out of theperformance testshall be submittedto theSuperintendent ofInspectiononGeneration Services (SFG) up to90 daysbefore it is held. The guidelinesare set out in Letter No.142/2011-SRG/SFG/ANEEL, from June 2011.

Agents mustalso note thatthe"Installed Capacity and Net Power ofundertakings in electrical energy generation”guidelines, attached toNormative ResolutionNo.420/2010, have been amendedby Order No.131, of 18/01/2012.
