The board of the National Agency for Electrical Energy (ANEEL) approved, last Tuesday (14/02), declarations of of public utility of lands for construction of projects localized in Minas Gerais, Maranhão and Paraíba.

In Minas Gerais, two declarations of public utility (DUPs) were in favor of the Minas Gerais Energetic Company (Cemig-D). One of them included areas of land necessary for the passage of the Jaboticatubas-Pedro Leopoldo 3 Transmission Line, in a simple circuit, of 148 kilovolts (Kv), with 35.98 kilometers (km) of extension, reaching out to the municipalities of Jaboticatubas, Matozinhos and Pedro Leopoldo. The other DUP regards areas of land necessary for the passage of the Pirajuba-Frutal 2 Distribution Line, at a nominal voltage of 138 kV, localized in the municipalities of Pirajuba and Frutal.

In Maranhão, a DUP in favor of the maranhão Energetic Company (Cemar) was approved, for the passage of the São Bernardo-Barro Duro Transmission Line, in 69 kV, localized in the municipalities of Tutóia, Magalhães de Almeida, Araioses and Água Doce do Maranhão.

Energisa Paraíba Energy Distributor S/A (Energisa Paraíba) received a DUP for the passage of the Santa Rita II-Santa Rita Distribution Line, at a voltage of 69 kV, localized in the municipality of Santa Rita. (BT/PG)
