The Special Public Tender Commission (CEL) of the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL) published Communiqué no. 2 concerning Auction no. 01/2012 (A-3). The communiqué shows the change in the date for holding the auction, from March 22 to June 28 of this year.
The change in the auction date was reported in Administrative Rule no. 102, of March 6, 2012, from the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME).The new timetable for estimated auction events will be published later on the ANEEL website.
