The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) denied the hydropower inventory studies of the Lontra river, in the state of Tocantins, through Order 711 published in Official Journal, on Friday (03/09).
The study, owned by companies Construtora Aterpa S/A and Construtora Centro Minas Ltda., failed ANEEL’s test for lack of minimum technical content for the characterization of the hydropower potential of the river. (BT/PG)
