The board of the National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved on Tuesday (03/20), statements of public utility (DUP) of lands for construction projects located in Minas Gerais, Maranhão and Ceará.
In Minas Gerais, a DUP in favor of Small Hydropower (SHP) Zé Tunim S./A.included land areas necessary for the implementation of this SHP, located in the city of Guarani.
In Maranhão, the DUP was approved in favor of Companhia Energética do Maranhão (Cemar) for the implementation of the Peritoró – Pedreiras Transmission Line, located in the cities of Peritoró, Lima Campos and Pedreiras.
Central Geradora Eólica Taíba Águia S./A received a DUP for passing the Taiba Águia – Pecém II Transmission Line, located in the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante, in Ceará. (BT/DB)
