The National Energy Agency (ANEEL) approved during the public meeting on 03/20, the transfer of corporate control of independent producers Arizona 1 Energia Renovável S./A., Caetité 2 Energia Renovável S./A., Caetité 3 Energia Renovável S./A., Calango 1 Energia Renovável S./A., Calango 2 Energia Renovável S./A., Calango 3 Energia Renovável S./A., Calango 4 Energia Renovável S./A., Calango 5 Energia Renovável S./A., andMel 2 Energia Renovável S./A, located in Rio Grande do Norte. Their corporate control was transferred from Neoenergia S/A. and Iberdrola Renováveis do Brasil S./A.to a holdingcompany called Força Eólica do Brasil S./A. In a continuous act, companies Arizona 1, Calango 2, Calango 3, Mel 2 andCaetité 3 had their equity controlling transferred to the subholding company Fe Participações S./A.

The corporate control transfer of company Ventos do Sul Energia S./A., independent production manager of wind farms in Osório, Rio Grande do Sul, was also approved by ANEEL. The transfer is performed by dividing the current controller Enerfin Enervento S./A. in favor of the future corporation resulting from the division, Enerfin Enervento Exterior S.L.
